Find What You
Didn’t Know to Ask

Signal autonomously finds emerging threats and opportunities across your event data, pinpoints the root causes behind them, and brings you the evidence before anyone thinks to ask. Root causes, not alerts.

A real insight end to end

Here’s What Signal Actually Sends You

Keewano Signal for food delivery application, day 1-3.
Strong Signal

The fees didn't kill the first order. The order of screens did.

Takeaway: After adding a first item to the cart, users hit a silent fork. 88.4% of churned users go straight to checkout and meet the full fee stack before they ever see the offer that cancels it. Retained users take the detour. Same fees and basket with a different sequence.

Root cause · recommendation

Root cause

The cart's primary CTA routes to checkout. The first-order promo sits one tap deeper, inside Delivery options — a screen most users have no reason to open. Fee disclosure sits downstream of the thing that offsets it.

Recommendation

Auto-apply the eligible first-order promo at cart, or show the offset inline in the fee breakdown. No first-time user should reach the payment sheet with an un-offset total. Addressable: 8,120 users per two-week cohort.

How Signal works

It Doesn’t Wait to Be Asked

01

Watch

Every cohort, continuously. New installs, versions, campaigns, geos, segments, evaluated as events arrive, not on a review calendar.

02

Detect

Diverging behavior. Signal finds where one group’s sequences split from everyone else’s: a stall, a loop, a flow that quietly breaks after a release.

03

Reconstruct

The exact story. Event paths before and after the divergence, affected vs. unaffected side by side, from the complete ordered record, not a sampled summary.

04

Deliver

The written insight. Summary, behavioral flow, root causes, recommendations, with the full cohort profile underneath and every claim tied to the events behind it.

Emerging Threats & Opportunities

What Signal Watches For

Progression

Where users stall. Loops, difficulty walls, and content exhaustion before they become churn.

Churn

Who’s leaving, and why. The exact sequences that precede leaving, and who’s on that path right now.

Monetization

Where revenue leaks. Friction and interruptions in ad, purchase, and subscription flows.

Economy

Where balances break. Currency deficits and sinks that quietly halt progress.
