FAQs

What does “unlimited events” actually mean?
Exactly that: on any paid plan there is no event cap, no sampling, no per-event surcharge, and no storage line item. Send every event your product emits and keep it for the full retention window of your plan. Your price is driven by monthly active entities, not by how much data those entities produce.
What counts as a monthly active user (MAU) / entity?
Any entity that generated at least one event in the billing cycle — usually a user, but it can be a device, an account, an agent, or any other thing you track a sequence for. We count distinct identifiers that you send us. One identifier is one unit, however many sessions or events it generates.
Is there a Free plan?
Yes, there is a Keewano Free Plan. The Free plan is not a trial, there's no expiry date and no credit card required. You get up to 3 million events and a ceiling of 10,000 MAU per cycle. Only if you outgrow the events allowance or the MAU ceiling, your project goes read-only: your data stays and your queries and dashboards keep working, but new ingestion pauses until you upgrade.
How are Agentic Analytics Tools credits priced?
Each paid plan bundles a monthly credits allowance consumed by Keewano's agentic features (web analytics agent, Slack analytics agent, and the Signal agent). If you need more, you can purchase 1,000 agent credits for $70 or 5,000 credits for $300.
What happens if I outgrow my paid plan tier?
Nothing breaks, ingestion and queries keep running. We measure your actual usage, so when you pass your current tier's limit, we flag the overage and move you to the next tier automatically — no interruption, no read-only mode, no action needed from you. The change appears on your next invoice. Already at Scale and still growing? Talk to us about upgrading to Enterprise.
Can I bring my own warehouse?
Yes. Scale and Enterprise plans include warehouse and lakehouse connectors, so KeewanoDB event history lands in Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks alongside the rest of your data.
