FAQs

What does “unlimited events” actually mean?
Exactly that: no event cap, no sampling, no per-event surcharge, and no storage line item. Send every event your product emits and keep it for the full retention window of your plan. Your price is driven by monthly active entities, not by how much data those entities produce.
What counts as a monthly active entity (MAU)?
Any entity that appended at least one event in the billing month — usually a user, but it can be a device, an account, an agent, or any other thing you track a sequence for. Entities that were quiet that month do not count, and their history stays queryable.
How are Agentic Analytics Tools credits priced?
Each plan bundles credits for the textual agent builder, the Slack analytics agent, and the web analytics agent. Model usage is passed through at cost — no markup. If you need more, top up with a 1,000 agent credits for $70 or 5,000 credits for $300.
What happens if I outgrow my tier mid-month?
Nothing breaks. Ingestion and queries keep running; we flag the overage and move you to the next tier on your next invoice. We will not throttle your event stream or drop writes to force an upgrade.
Do I have to move off Free?
Only when you outgrow 3M events a month or need more than 2 seats. Free is forever, requires no card, and runs the same engine as the paid tiers — the same SDKs, SQL studio, MCP access, semantic and context engines.
Can I bring my own warehouse?
Yes. Scale and Enterprise include warehouse and lakehouse connectors, so KeewanoDB event history lands in Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks alongside the rest of your data. BI integrations (Looker, Tableau, Grafana) start at Starter.
